Orders

Each artwork available on this site is offered in two versions:

Signed: fine art print hand-signed by the artist.
Worked: print hand-signed, manually enriched with brush and spatula, produced in a limited edition and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

Once your purchase is completed, you will receive a confirmation email and your order will be carefully prepared. After shipping, a tracking number will be provided to monitor delivery status.

Payment

The following payment methods are accepted:

  1. Credit Card via PayPal system
  2. Bank Transfer

The transmission of payment information is secured by the highest safety standards and guaranteed by PayPal.

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, your order will be processed only after the payment has been credited to the seller’s account. Payment must be made within 5 business days from the order confirmation. After this period, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order.

Products will be shipped only after payment authorization is confirmed or once the total amount due has been credited.

Returns

You have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving them, in accordance with EU consumer law. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@nicolapucci.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please note: if you are returning items from outside Italy, shipping times may be longer than expected.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  1. Worked prints
  2. Original artworks
  3. Customized or modified products upon customer request

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at info@nicolapucci.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
